1. What is Tulsa REIA?

The Tulsa Real Estate Investor Association (Tulsa REIA) is a professional organization dedicated to providing value and support to real estate investors in Tulsa and the surrounding areas. Tulsa REIA is the largest real estate network of its kind in Oklahoma and the Midwest Region, and is one of the largest in the country.

Through our comprehensive E.A.R.N. model (Education, Advocacy, Resources, and Networking), we promote high standards and best practices, and encourage our members to invest and operate ethically and responsibly.

2. What is the difference between General Membership and Paid Membership?

General Members have basic access, including our public Facebook Group and newsletters (if subscribed).

Monthly meetings include SECOND TUESDAY and our Lunch & Learn Series events. Additional events include casual networking events, workshops, classes, masterminds, tours, challenges, quarterly events, and special events throughout the year.

10. What should I expect at a typical Tulsa REIA meeting?

SECOND TUESDAY and Lunch & Learn events feature networking, market updates, a guest speaker, and a Q&A session. There’s no dress code, and food and drink are usually available for purchase.

Tulsa REIA strives to vary speaker topics, and while some subjects may be more aligned with your particular investment model and strategy than others, we encourage you to attend events anyway. The networking sessions are an invaluable place to meet others who may be partners in your real estate investment journey, regardless of your experience level. There is always somebody in the room who has what you need!

11. How can I get involved with Tulsa REIA beyond attending events?

There are many ways to get involved, including joining a committee, contributing to our newsletter, and participating in advocacy efforts.

12. What educational resources are available to members?

General Members have limited access to Tulsa REIA resources. Paid Members have access to a wealth of educational resources, including webinars, articles, market analysis, investment guides, recorded presentations from our events, and much more.

13. Does Tulsa REIA offer any certification or training programs?

Not at this time. While Tulsa REIA does not offer formal certification programs, we do provide a variety of training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your knowledge and skills in real estate investing.

Tulsa REIA is not just for beginners! We have a variety of offerings for investors at every experience level. If you have a suggestion for a class that we don’t currently offer, please reach out to us and we will try to make it happen.

14. Does Tulsa REIA offer mentorship programs?

Yes, Tulsa REIA offers mentorship programs where experienced investors provide guidance and support to newer members, helping them navigate the complexities of real estate investing.
