The Tulsa Real Estate Investors Association has a good mix of people of those wanting to get started with real estate investing all the way up to those who have been doing it for years with several properties under their belts. We welcome everyone including students from all Guru's to share ideas and lessons learned and to network with local Oklahoma real estate investors.

We hold Main Meetings, Luncheons, and Special Workshops for Oklahoma Real Estate Investors. We are based in Tulsa but we serve Real Estate Investors all over the state of Oklahoma. Check out our Upcoming Speakers and Presentations for our Main Meetings and special Training Workshops and Bootcamps.

The Tulsa Real Estate Investor Association was founded in 2004 and is The Place for Tulsa Area Real Estate Investors to Meet, Network, and Learn More about the Ethical Practice of Real Estate Investing in Oklahoma to help new and experienced investors grow their real estate investing business.

Our Meetings and Events

Everyone is welcome to attend our events whether you are a brand new investor or an old pro. Even if you are not an investor and just offer products or services for investors then feel free to come check us out.

Our MAIN Meetings are the SECOND Thursday of the Month from 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Location:TulsaMeetingRoom.com 4910 S 79th E Ave, Tulsa, OK 74145 (51st Street and South Memorial) Just Northwest of the Fountain/Traffic Circle in the middle of Fontana Shopping Center

Our MAIN Meetings consist of residential real estate investors who meet once a month for networking and education. Our main meetings feature National and Local Speakers along with other Networking Events such as round tables, Q and A's with a panel of experts, and trade show style meetings. Every meeting has at least 30 minutes of member networking. Dues $20 per meeting or LESS with our Premium Annual Membership (Dues include your Spouse).

If you have never been to our Main Meetings then come early! The doors open at 6:30pm and our New Member Orientation begins at 6:40pm. During the orientation we will go over the details of our club and the benefits it offer for real estate investors. There is no obligation to join our group. You will get some good information including a First Timers Welcome Package along with a Questions and Answers session.

Our Brainstorming Luncheons are the 1st Thursdays from Noon-1pm

Our Brainstorming Luncheons consist of informal meet-ups for members and newbies to set around and talk, ask questions, brainstorm, share problems, and just hang out discussing real estate. Great for new investors just getting started looking for some type of mentoring and Seasoned Investors sharing lessons learned.

The cost to attend is just the cost of your lunch, you order your food and/or drinks on your own.

Location: The Brainstorming Luncheons are on the First Thursdays of the month from Noon-1pm at Village Inn, 2745 S Harvard Ave in Tulsa at 27th and Harvard.

Our Landlord Luncheons are the 3rd Thursdays from Noon-1pm

Our Landlord Luncheons consist of Landlords and others in the Rental Profession who discuss many of the aspects of being a landlord and managing rental property from houses to multi family. The Landlords Luncheon is the official meeting for the Oklahoma Landlords Association which is included for Tulsa REIA Members. Great for New Landlords just getting started looking for support and Seasoned Investors sharing lessons learned.

The cost to attend is just the cost of your lunch, you order your food and/or drinks on your own.

Location: The Landlord Luncheons are on the Third Thursdays of the month from Noon-1pm at Village Inn, 2745 S Harvard Ave in Tulsa at 27th and Harvard.

Regular monthly dues for Main Meetings held on the 2nd Thursdays are $20 per meeting or only $189 per year to become an Premium Annual Member. (spouse included)

We have 3 levels of Membership, Basic, Premium, and Corporate
