The Tulsa Real Estate Investors Association has a good mix of people of those wanting to get started with real estate investing all the way up to those who have been doing it for years with several properties under their belts. We hold Main Meetings, Luncheons, and Special Workshops for Oklahoma Real Estate Investors. We are based in Tulsa but we serve Real Estate Investors all over the state of Oklahoma. Our Meetings and Events
Everyone is welcome to attend our events whether you are a brand new investor or an old pro. Even if you are not an investor and just offer products or services for investors then feel free to come check us out.
Our MAIN Meetings are the SECOND Thursday of the Month from 7:00pm to 9:00pm, Doors open at 6:30pm and First Timers Club Orientation Starts at 6:45pm
Our Main Meetings are ideal for ALL real estate investors at every level including beginners and "Old Pros"!
Our MAIN Meetings consist of residential real estate investors who meet once a month for networking and education. Our main meetings feature National and Local Speakers along with other Networking Events such as round tables, Q and A's with a panel of experts, and trade show style meetings. Every meeting has at least 30 minutes of member networking and "What I Have" & "What I Want" announcements for Wholesalers and Cash Buyers.
Location:Our Main Meetings are held at the Rec. room (HWY 169 & Admiral) Big Blue Building (old gym) next to: St Marks United Methodist Church, 10513 e admiral pl, Tulsa OK 74116. Our different Events are held at different locations so view each event for exact location.
Cost: Guests and people who attend for the First Time can come check us out for FREE! Normal Main Meeting Dues is $20 per meeting or LESS with our Premium Annual Membership (Dues include your Spouse).
If you have never been to our Main Meetings then come early! The doors open at 6:30pm and our New Member Orientation begins at 6:45pm. During the orientation we will go over the details of our club and the benefits it offer for real estate investors. There is no obligation to join our group. You will get some good information including a First Timers Welcome Package along with a Questions and Answers session.

Our Brainstorming Power Hour is held once a month on Saturday afternoon from 3pm-4pm. They are usually held on the 1st Saturday of the month but are occasionally held on different Saturdays to avoid conflicts with holidays and such.
Our Brainstorming Power Hour consists of informal meet-ups for members and newbies to set around and talk, ask questions, brainstorm, share problems, and just hang out discussing real estate. Great for new investors just getting started looking for some type of mentoring and Seasoned Investors sharing lessons learned.
The Brainstorming Power Hour is the first level of FREE Coaching held by REI Coach Jason Windholz who has over 20 years of real estate investing to share with others. Jason uses Trusts, LLCs, Corporations, and IRAs to invest in houses, mobile homes, and commercial property in Oklahoma using cash, seller financing, subject to deals, and lease options to acquire deals.
There is NO cost to attend the Brainstorming Power Hour and it follows the FREE "Get Started in Real Estate Investing" Seminar held the same day from 1pm-3pm.

Our Landlord Luncheons are the 3rd Thursdays from Noon-1pm
Our Landlord Luncheons consist of Landlords and others in the Rental Profession who discuss many of the aspects of being a landlord and managing rental property from houses to multi family. The Landlords Luncheon is the official meeting for the Oklahoma Landlords Association which is included for Tulsa REIA Members. Great for New Landlords just getting started looking for support and Seasoned Investors sharing lessons learned.
The cost to attend is just the cost of your lunch, you order your food and/or drinks on your own.
Location: The Landlord Luncheons are on the Third Thursdays of the month from Noon-1pm at Village Inn, 2745 S Harvard Ave in Tulsa at 27th and Harvard.
Our Training Events are held Randomly through out the year.
Starting with a FREE "Get Started in Real Estate Investing" Seminar and followed with more advanced training classes starting at $49 per 2 hour session, we cover the complete training needed to be a residential real estate investor.
Our affordable training is very good and won't take your "life savings" to become a real estate investor.

- Corporate Sponsorships are $389 per year or $45 per month.
- Main Meeting Sponsorships are $99 per meeting. (Not all Main Meetings can be sponsored)

Main Meeting Dues
Regular monthly dues for Main Meetings which are held on the 2nd Thursdays are PER PERSON as follows:
- First Time attendees can check us out and attend their first Main Meeting for free. You will receive a New Member Info Package
- Visitors & Guests pay as you go to our Main Meetings: $10 per person ($20 for you and your spouse)
- Premium Members pay $5 per person for Main Meeting Dues (You alone = $5, You, your spouse, and kid = $15
- We accept Cash, Checks, Credit and Check Cards, and Prepaid Online Receipts at our meetings.
