1. What is Tulsa REIA?
The Tulsa Real Estate Investor Association (Tulsa REIA) is a professional organization dedicated to providing value and support to real estate investors in Tulsa and the surrounding areas. Tulsa REIA is the largest real estate network of its kind in Oklahoma and the Midwest Region, and is one of the largest in the country.
Through our comprehensive E.A.R.N. model (Education, Advocacy, Resources, and Networking), we promote high standards and best practices, and encourage our members to invest and operate ethically and responsibly.
2. What is the difference between General Membership and Paid Membership?
General Members gain access to our thriving public Facebook group and can purchase tickets to Tulsa REIA events individually.
Paid Members unlock premium benefits, including full access to the member website, our private Facebook group, free entry to monthly events, and exclusive discounts on tools, services, and trainings. We’re constantly expanding the list of perks for annual members.
Your membership fees directly support Tulsa REIA’s mission to provide high-quality Education, Advocacy, Resources, and Networking opportunities for real estate investors across Oklahoma. Support the organization and fully immerse yourself in the Tulsa REIA experience by becoming a Paid Member.
3. How do I become a Paid Member, and what are the costs and benefits?
To become a Paid Member, visit the Membership Plans page on our website and choose the package that best fits your needs. Both Individual and Team Memberships are available, and dues can be paid securely online. Full details, pricing, and benefits for each option are outlined on the Membership page.
4. How can I make the most out of my membership?
Be engaged! To get the most out of your membership, attend monthly events, connect with other members online and in person, and take advantage of the educational tools, trainings, and discounts available to you.
Paid Members have access to exclusive resources in the Private Facebook Group and Member-Only section of the Tulsa REIA website, so check both regularly for updates.
Introduce yourself, build relationships, and look for ways to contribute, whether by volunteering, joining a committee, or sharing insight with fellow investors.

5. Do I need experience or accreditation to join or attend events?
No experience required! Whether you're brand new or a seasoned investor, we have resources, education, and community support to help you grow.
Tulsa REIA offers resources for both beginners and advanced investors, including workshops, masterminds, property listings, deal analysis tools, and more.
6. How can I stay updated about upcoming events?
Visit the Events page on the website or follow us on social media. You can also subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Paid Members can check on the Private Facebook Group for Member-Only access codes for tickets to upcoming Tulsa REIA events.
Monthly meetings include SECOND THRSDAY and Lunch & Learn Series events. Additional events include casual networking events, workshops, classes, masterminds, tours, challenges, quarterly events, and special events throughout the year.
7. What should I expect at a typical Tulsa REIA meeting?
Our SECOND THURSDAY and Lunch & Learn events include open networking, local market updates, a featured guest speaker, and an interactive Q&A session. There’s no dress code, and food and drinks are typically available for purchase.
We rotate speaker topics to highlight a variety of real estate investment strategies and experiences. Even if a session doesn’t directly match your current focus, attending is always worthwhile. The value often comes from the people in the room. Networking can lead to new partnerships, insights, or opportunities that help you take the next step.

8. Are there any special events for advanced investors?
Yes, we periodically host advanced workshops, mastermind sessions, and resources tailored to the needs of experienced investors looking to further their expertise.

9. What educational resources are available to members?
General Members are welcomed into Tulsa REIA’s public community, where they can engage with other investors, access select content, and attend events at individual ticket prices. It’s a great way to get connected and explore what the network has to offer.
Paid Members receive full access to our educational library—including webinars, articles, market insights, investment guides, and recorded presentations from past events—along with member-only perks, discounts, and deeper community engagement.
10. How does Tulsa REIA support new investors?
We offer beginner-friendly resources, mentorship programs, educational workshops, and networking opportunities to help new investors gain confidence and knowledge.
11. Does Tulsa REIA offer any certification or training programs?
Tulsa REIA does not currently offer formal certifications, but we provide a wide range of educational opportunities through workshops, trainings, and expert-led events to help members grow their investing knowledge and skills.
For those seeking hands-on experience, we actively encourage participation in our internship and volunteer programs. These roles allow you to develop a real-world portfolio of work, strengthen professional skills, and build relationships within the local real estate investment community.
In addition, we are developing continuing education (CE) and professional development courses to further support member growth, and will announce those offerings as they become available.
12. Does Tulsa REIA offer mentorship programs?
Yes. We connect newer investors with experienced members. Some offer free guidance, while others provide paid mentorship. Ask us for a referral.

14. Can Tulsa REIA help me find funding for my investments?
Tulsa REIA does not directly provide funding. However, we can connect members with reputable lenders, investors, and financial advisors with whom you can interview and apply to secure financing for your real estate projects.
As with all investments and business transactions, please be cautious. Tulsa REIA will not be held liable for your business and real estate investment decisions.

16. How can I become a speaker at a Tulsa REIA event?
We are always looking for knowledgeable speakers to share their insights. If you’re interested in speaking at one of our events, please click on the Become a Speaker tab at the bottom of the Home page on our website. Once there, fill out the form with your topic proposal and qualifications. We will review your proposal and contact you for scheduling and event details and logistics.
17. Can I sponsor or advertise my business with Tulsa REIA?
Yes. We offer multiple customizable sponsorship packages and advertising placements for real estate service providers, vendors, entrepreneurs, and contractors. In addition to general sponsorships, we welcome event-specific support such as food, bar, and giveaway sponsorships.
